Smt. Sethu Ramammal Vidya Mandir was established in the year 1992-93 under the patronage of Sri P.A.C Ramasamy Raja who was a visionary and patron of education. At the forefront of his vision lay his quest to provide quality education to the rural sector. His unparalleled initiation has translated the dreams of many into a reality in 1992-93.

The school is affiliated to C.B.S.E and running classes from L.K.G to class X. The institution has mainly setup to cater to the needs of Ramco township students as well as the students of nearby village. The founder’s vision is carried out by his successor’s Sri P.R.Rama Subrahmaneya rajha and Sri P.R.Venketrama Raja

Today the school has evolved to a state where parent’s first choice is SSRVM for their kid’s education.
